Tax deductions for medical school applicants?

I am currently filing my taxes, and I was wondering if there are any tax deductions for applying to medical school and all of the fees and the expenses involved in the process? Maybe it's a pipe dream, but I thought that I would ask . . .

I just finished my taxes using the taxcut software and I didn't see any area where application/mcat costs could be deducted. On a brighter note the writeoff's for regular tuition and costs are better this year!

if you itemize, you can probably get away with itemizing your travel expenses..
