Yes, you'll have to file your 2003 income tax return. In order to receive Financial Aid, you have to fill out the FAFSA...which asks if you or your parents have or will file the 2003 tax return.
However, if you haven't, you can estimate the values, but you'll have to file one eventually to do the 2004-2005 FAFSA corrections.
