I personally know the program director at Temple AEGD and she's been turning the program around. I know they're starting to do more with implants and just more experience in general. When I was talking with the current residents a few months ago, they all seemed to be happy and was enjoying their experience. The other thing I would take into consideration is whether you would want to live in Philly or Fort Lauderdale. I'm unsure what the stipend is at each program. I don't know much about Nova AEGD so I can't speak about it.
