Temple Continuing Candiates

As an out of state applicant i receieved a letter letting me know i was a continuing candiate 3 weeks after my january interview. Temple supposedly mailed out continuing candiates letters on the 15th of June. Has anyone receieved this letter? Are they offering acceptances in these letters or are they just letting you know your position in the waitlist?

I interviewed in January as well, on the 2nd. They were really promt in telling me I was tentatively placed on their continuing candidates list. And I just got word from them two weeks ago saying I was still on the waitlist but don't really have a shot.
