Temple U. Pre-pharm vs. UMBC Pre-pharm

1) I heard that if i go to the university that has both prepharm and pharmD, it will be better to study.
IS THIS TRUE?

2) I wanted to go UMB Pharm, so i applied to UMBC for prepharm..
IS THERE ANY PREFERENCE FOR IN-STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT ?

3) Any strengthes or weaknesses for both schools PLEASE..T.T
