If you get an out of state prescription for a C2 (written by MD, has a written plan with DPS & TSBP etc), how many days is it valid for? Is it still 21 days? Thanks.

I think it has to be on an official C2 form to be valid.

Does the prohibition of "rubber stamps" apply to all controlled substances and dangerous drugs? or just c2's?

Only C-II's are excluded from the use of stamps in Texas

21 days from the day it is written. 12 am on the 21st day is when it dies.

I called the BOP they said all controlled prescriptions are prohibited from rubber stamps...not just C2's
