TEXAS Letters of Recommendation

Could anyone so kind as tell me where to send letters of recommendation for Texas Schools. I live outside of Texas and applied to one school and wasn't sure if I need to have my letters mailed to the TMSDSAS or straight to individual schools. Thanks for any help!!
