The red flags won't be a problem. As you can expect, your highest chances will be with ALL of the TX schools, but Baylor will be the hardest nut to crack. Forget the UCs except maybe UCSD and UCI

I suggest:

Baylor
UT San Antonio
Galveston
UT Houston
A&M
Texas Tech
Texas Tech El Paso
UT Southwestern
USC
Loma Linda (have you read their list of don'ts?)
UMiami
UColorado
Tulane
NYMC
SUNY Downstate
SUNY Stony Brook
Hofstra
Pitt
Vanderbilt
NYU
U AZ
Columbia
Cornell
Mt. Sinai
Einstein
U So FL
Any other new MD school
Loyola
BU

Unless you have awful interviewing skills, there's no way you're not getting accepted into medical school. As for whether or not it's at the school of your dreams, that'll be up to you and your ability to complete secondaries thoughtfully and in the self-reflecting/compelling ways that have ADCOMs salivating.

@Goro , thank you so much for the list! It's actually pretty identical to the list of schools I sent my primary to, so I am glad I picked good ones.

@DocConk I appreciate the kind words! Definitely putting a lot of time in my secondaries. Hopefully I'm not digging a hole for myself by waiting 2 weeks to submit some of them though. With so many secondaries to complete, a few of them might end up getting submitted only at the end of July.
