Textbook buyback?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'm not sure about the textbook buyback, but FWIW I had a really good experience with Chegg's textbook rental.

I both bought and sold the majority of my books on half.com

If you have an ebay account you can buy and sell on half.com quickly and easily.

sell them to me....I give you good price.

I use half.com cuz its quick and easy to list and they reimburse you for shipping (usually not full price but you end up paying like 2 bucks out of pocket). Its affiliated with ebay, and from my years of experience with ebay they will always help you out if something happens and you get ripped off somehow by a buyer/seller (even thought its highly unlikely to happen)

I mainly use Facebook marketplace if you still happen to be in school. Unless I bought stuff new, I pretty much had a 100% buyback from students. Other students will want your books cheaper than the university bookstore. Good way to go.

Try Amazon's buyback service:

They paid me more than twice for my books from last semester than my university's bookstore would have. Shipping is also free, but you'll have to pay for the package.

You can check what they'll give you by typing in the title.

I never knew they did this until now, thank you so much for posting this. I just sold them back three of my textbooks that I'd had listed for really cheap for a month on eBay and thought would never sell and got way more than I would have, and an Amazon gift card is fine with me because I always buy some of my textbooks on there anyways 🙂

Thanks for posting that, CityLights!
