i want to write a thank you email to my student interviewer but how do i address them? by their full name, their first name, dr. lastname???

i just used their first name since the interview wasn't too too formal!

I used their full name, which in retrospect, sounded a little tacky. Sticking with just the first name would probably be best.

I used a first name. However, if your student interviewer is closer to 40 than 30 (a non-trad med student), you might consider calling him/her Mr. or Ms. so-and-so.
