Thank you note addressing

So I'm going to send thank you notes for the interview I just came back from as I have for my others. I had a student and faculty member for interviewers, but no addresses for either. In the past, I would just say in a general thank you note to the admissions office to thank so and so as well, but this time i want to send them all their own. Anyway, my question is if I can just send it to:

Interviewer name
C/O Office of Admissions
School Addy

i think that's fine...just wanted some backing.....thanks
