Consider yourself luckily, I have to rot at home waiting a year for d-school to start. I have been home from school for 2 weeks now and family is already driving me nuts!

ive been working at the same place for four years and am going to quit at the end of july and take 2 weeks off. i need all the money i can get at this point in preparation for the hefty cost of attending nyu!

for those of you in LA, listen to people saying live it up. in case you don't know, the best club in LA is called highland close to hollywood. i know you'd love it (if you can get in).
as for me, i just got to indy 2 days ago and i love my new house except that its humid as hell in here and i am starting to miss LA. but then again, i'll be fine once my finaid stuff is taken care of and once school starts.

Yeah, on hollywood & highland, i know the place... problem is i am now engaged, and ever since he popped the question, well, my man has no more interest in that young fun stuff. (or at least not with me!) 😉 My Prince Charming got old on me...and i'm too guilty to go out with the girls, and have a good time without him, since i miss him miserably, so aren't i whupped? 😛 Ah, well. guess that's what i get, being a ball-and-chain-in-training (j/k!)
i'm kinda hoping dental school will make me more adventurous, though! i'd like to try testing these little wings...(within reason, of course!) hehehe...

there is nothing wrong with going out with your friends and having a good time. as you put it, as long as you are within reason and fully trust each other than you have nothing to worry about. i was in LA without my fiance for 2 months and just couldn't help but to go out a little bet. it was hard, but i behaved.lol

now to answer you q beckle. yes i did hate LA (and still kinda do) when i was there for many reasons. however, you know what they say. there is no place like home. i just miss being around friends and family. hopefully, i'll have a whole new set of friends here soon.
