How do you get access to this on Scramble day if you didn't participate in ERAS? Or even access to the non-dynamic, paper version?

I don't have the most experience with this, but my understanding is that you will have access to the dynamic list through NRMP, which is separate from ERAS. As long as you are registered for the Match, you will have online access to this list. Your sponsoring institution (for US seniors, their Office of Student Affairs or similarly-named department) will also have access to this list and should help you in the scramble, if need be.

If you aren't registered with NRMP, I don't know how you access the list.
