Food is important of course, fuels the brain. What do you guys plan on eatting the night before? How big of a meal? Are you worried you might have to poop in the middle of Physical Sciences? 🙂

Food is very important, you're right. The last thing you want to do is end up at the test-center all studied up, and then have stomach problems during the mcat. Make sure you eat something relatively tame on Friday, so that means no greasy Chinese food or deep dish from Pizza Hut. Maybe just have some light pasta or mac and cheese with veggies for a healthy reprieve.
Lunch on Saturday is important! You need to refuel for the midday lull in the test. Take something packed with carbs (for your brain) and protein and fiber (for your stomach). Don't end up going to Mickey D's and then have to run back to the test center when your time runs short. And I'd also recommend against too much caffeinated beverage intake during lunch, or you're gonna pay for it when you need to take a bathroom break in the middle of Bio Sci.

ps Make sure you poop BEFORE you get to the test center. 😉
a tall DARK UNSWEETENED coffee at about 7am will clean out your intestines, and leave enough time for coffee's diuretic effect to wear out. Even better if you have to walk or drive to your test center. Walking gets the juices flowing, and the way I drive definitely gets me ready to crap.
A "pre-game" dump has been a big test ritual of mine for quite some time.😎
