This thread is dedicated to the person who decides which thread subjects get to be "official" and which do not...this same person decides if the thread subjects get to be in all caps, sentence case or all lowercase. Additionally, this one person also gets to decide if the thread subjects get to have characters next to them, on which sides (if not both) and how many of each kind.
