On one of my verbal passages the question was: what kind of magazine did this passage most likely come from? this was not a very difficult question but you easily narrow it down to 2 answer choices. You could make an argument for one of the answers and another was the logical choice. If you have to justify your answer then it is probably wrong. this is not the looking in the back of the verbal book sly guy trick.

For whatever reason (maybe to avoid plagiarism accusations) AAMC puts the bibliography of the verbal passages somewhere in the back of the book. I did not realize this until someone posted this on SDN after the test. Can't gaurantee they will continue this or that it will be helpful.

You sly guy/gal! :meanie:

So if you're CBTing it you're pretty much SOL eh? Unless you're a fast clicker....hey more reason to play video games right? 😀

I've heard they don't put the sources in order anymore, so you have to match each of the nine or so passages up with the nine or so sources.

very interesting, so for someone who doesnt know what the actual test verbal book look like, where would you look? like the last page or somewhere. How is the actual test book, the book, how is it structured so we'll know where to look beforehand.

a number of people commented it was in the back of the booklet. maybe someone who actually saw it will confirm in this thread.
