The Real Deal on UT Southwestern

So everybody knows the rumor that Southwestern is cutthroat and the students there are gunners. What does everybody else have to say about this. I really like the facilities there and the education they provide is top notch, but at the same time I don't want to be miserable for four years.

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I couldn't find any threads
