well after almost 4 years of the carefree and relatively low acuity medicine that I've been practicing as a GMO in the military, I am now finally going back to GME...frankly, I'm a bit nervous about the prospect of going back to residency...I mean, I haven't done inpatient medicine or managed a patient in the ICU since internship...any former GMOs care to offer up some words of wisdom...or perhaps some reassurance??
