Stanford has a link to a pdf document which gives last year's numbers for offers made after May at schools such as Columbia, Harvard, Duke, Yale, Rochester... Most of the document contains information about Stanford's acceptance stats, but you'll find the information on the aforementioned schools on page 11. They look very promising. For instance, Hopkins made 58 offers after May. So, don't give up plans for med school and move to South America to start a tribe of peace loving people whose only concerns are catching fish to eat and playing in the dirt until after August.
