As I mentioned earlier, the pt says that the itching & burning is so bad that her day to day activities are all at a standstill. She is always very tired & now has shortness of breath even after walking short distances.

Why don't you read before you open your gob!

This case has already been under discussion for the past 3 days. If you want to ask a question ask it in an intelligent manner. Don't assume anything without a proper reason. Go to "mind blowing case" - Oct 17th.

The other drs who took time & effort to voice an opinion were no jackasses! People like you and ckent have a real problem - mainly learning to be nice - here we are all trying to help some poor pt - & you guys have a massive chip on your shoulders!

I posted my comments on this thread because it was the most recent post re: this case. Your initial post was severely lacking in the H&P department. Without a proper intial evaluation, all the lab tests are utterly worthless.
