That's nothing. I like watching this infomercial that comes on every morning, where this shady looking guy in suit pretends that he is running a "health news" show. He interviews this "doctor" who says how almost all of people's health problems (arthrititis, depression, chronic fatigue, cancer, obesity) are caused by a body's natural imbalance of acidity. Then, he goes on to say how he's run trials with what I assume is an antacid where some ~300 patients were "terminal" 10 yrs ago, and all of them showed improvement, and only 8 have died. Of course they all had different "terminal" diagnoses (to better simulate the real world situation) which he didn't elaborate on. It's a funny infomercial to watch, especially because the newscaster acts so fascinated and amazed by what this doctor is telling him. He was like "wow. only 8 people out of the 300 terminal patients have died? That's amazing!".

Hehe. I've seen that one. The interviewer has this weird comb-over. It's priceless.

I used to like Dr. Phil, but I've lost a lot of respect for him lately. Besides this whole weight loss thing (which is ironic considering he's overweight himself) and other shady products he's endorsed, he's gotten too arrogant ever since he got his own show. He's more about using catch phrases then about using his education to help anyone anymore. He used to be pretty good when he was on with Oprah.
