this really sucks: how do i get letter from DO?

Hi all,

Im in dire straits here because i havent any letters from DO in clinical setting (only from MD in academic setting). Will the schools budge on this policy, esp considering above avg gpa and high mcat? Help anyone? Thanks in advance.

Find a phone book and start begging.

Even if the school tells you they'll let it go,if you don't get in won't you be wondering if a rec. would have helped?

Another post here ("what's up with DOs or something I think) gives good "how to" advice.

They've all been where you are. Most won't bite. Just be persistent.
