Those of you who took the Step 1 in 2014: how helpful were the usmle free practice materials? Honestly tell me if it's worth going through if I have 1 day left

Quite helpful, the CVS case lets you see how questions will appear on the exam, with the ability to correlate respiration and heart sounds/pulses. I even had two questions verbatim from the practice material.

They are indeed. The extra 12 are multimedia and linked questions which only appear in the downloadable Windows-only software version.
