To the anesthesiologist groups who employ CRNA's, I was wondering if ya'll put out job satisfaction surveys to your employees on a regular basis.
What types of questions do you ask?
Is it even a priority for your practices?
What happens when you get replies "you don't like" or can't possibly change?
Rhetorical: Is it wise to ask questions for answers you don't really want to address? Opening up a can of worms?
