Hello all,
A few secondaries ask applicants to indicate interest in their combined MD/MPH programs. Has anybody heard about the depth of preparation gained in these 4+1 programs in comparison to dedicated, 2-year MPH programs?
I have read online that these aren't as useful as dedicated MPH programs, completed during residency, fellowship or beyond, if preparing for a career in health policy, public health research, epidemiology, etc.
Anybody have any thoughts?
