Thoughts on newly approved Giapreza?

How will you be using Giapreza? Only after standard vasopressor therapy fails or in conjunction with other vasopressors?

As per the fda package insert.....for now

I would use it only in the way it was done in ATHOS3, for someone refractory to catecholamines, the same way I consider adding vasopressin. There's no primary data yet to say how it works in direct comparison to other agents.
