What do you guys think about combining advanced psychology degrees with other degrees, such as public health?

One example could be ---> B.A. psychology, M.S. psychology, DSW doctor social work or ---> B.A. psychology, M.S. psychology, Dr.PH

I think it's a great idea, particularly when you have clear professional goals that could benefit from combining degrees. It broadens your options as well. Sometimes it doesn't or people end up choosing one of the two. For example, people who pursue a dual JD-PhD (psych) often end up dropping out of the PhD portion or becoming lawyers with PhDs, mainly because a law career is more lucrative to them or the job market forces them to choose. With the examples you gave, it looks like you would have a competitive edge.
