Is it too formal to wear a three piece suit (suit, vest, pants) to a pharmacy school interview?

It'll make you stand out -- but it's unnecessary.

The point is to not be flashy while being professional.

You asked the question three different places, but I am only going to answer here.

I think that a 3pc suit is generally too much for a pharmacy school interview. I don't think that it would be a negative most of the time (an occasional person might see it as pretentious). I do have some thoughts. First, make sure it makes you more not less confident to wear the 3pc. If you are uncomfortable because you feel overdressed it will show. If you feel more confident because you feel put together it will also show.
