Time for the gym and working out during med school?

that really just depends on you. how good are you when it comes to time management? like it or not you are gonna have to make time to go to the gym just to combat stress levels alone. maintining a level of fitness is another situation of its own.

unless you work out for 3 hours a day (mental case,) then you should be ok.

Just get up an hour earlier or go to bed an hour later. You can sleep when you die.
 
This question is a bit silly, along others in the same line such as "Am I gonna have enough sleep, be able to eat, be able to go out, be able to date/party while in medical school?".

Maintain your priorities and allocate time for them. Unless you wanna climb Everest, visit every country in the world, or fly to the Moon, you should be fine.

If having problem with time management, go to Barnes & Noble, or Amazon.com a find some books on this subject.
