I was wondering how much time the other schools have off to prep for COMLEX-I?

I'm @ NSUCOM... We get a Kaplan review for 3 weeks (8-4 M-F) for 3 weeks then 2 weeks of self-study.

What ya'll getting at the other COMs?

TIA!

At LECOM (for the students in the LDP pathway) we got three weeks to study for the boards. We got board reviews from our professors throughout the semester.

NYCOM gives us 6 weeks of self study to prepare for the boards. In order to do this, however, we have a fairly short summer between 1st and 2nd year.

At COMP we get 3 weeks of self-study before the exam, which in my opinion is not enough time if you want to really kick butt. I think the time a school gives you to study for the boards is a major criterium for choosing a school. I think 5 weeks would have been good enough for me.
