Time to spend CME money

I have a couple of thousand dollars to spend on CME before 12/31. Does anyone have suggestions on something I can do online? It will be hard to travel due to family commitments and work schedules. Do any of the hosp med conf release the videos?

At the very least spend some on uptodate, which then tracks and records every search as a 0.5 CME credit. They rack up after awhile depending on your use.

I already have a 3 yr subscription to uptodate.

audio digest? or the MKSAP recordings...they were good and easy to listen to in the car.
