I just received a tip from a Orthodontist who owns a space in CO springs that a periodontist recently vacated due to illness. All of the equipment is still in place an all you'd need to do is sign a lease. I know that he's looking to fill it for cheap, and CO springs is a beautiful city to live and work in.
