Is your work productivity really slipping? Is your heart constantly racing? Are you getting depressed or anxious? Try:

1. taking a long lunch at an expensive restaurant/go somewhere inexpensive but with good service
(It worked! For more than an hour I enjoyed myself, found peace and quiet, and finished the book that I have been reading)

What are other people's suggestions?

1) Watch a movie in a theater (not at home)
2) Go to Barnes and Nobles, sit at the cafe, and drink a frappucino while flipping through shallow magazines - heh, this is what I do
 
Actually, when I think about it, I don't think the weekend will be a problem. But the work week has been just awful. I sit at my desk, at the computer, and am basically trapped with nowhere to go but online. It just drives me crazy. I am not going to look at the computer all weekend.
