To all those with a Mac who are applying

Discussion in 'Pre-Dental' started by joh020340, May 15, 2008.

  1. A couple of us who are Mac users have noticed that when you put your personal statement into the box in the Safari browser, it chops your sentences up and you have to go through the essay reformatting it. I used Firefox and this hasn't happened. So beware!

Throw your Macs away now and buy a real computer, that is the only true solution.

Hardcore Macfans. I prefer Firefox but I've never had any problems with using Safari. I avoid Internet Explorer though, it is so pathetic.

Given the recent work Apple has put into the Webkit platform, you really don't have a choice. Safari is at least 2-4x faster than Firefox..
