going through the program sites i feel that US clinical experience is "must have" issue especially for FMG who i am in full speed. Having read some very very unhappy words from prelims and their treatment this path does not appeal to me - i am definetly interested in 5 year program. I do not understand clearly what is an internship or observ... and who is eligible, where to dig and how to carry. Considering the scores above 220 plus some surgical experience what are the chances if any for gen sur (for FMG)? Will the letters from US phys. change the ground? Any information is highly appriciated.
