My advice would depend on whether or not you wanted to use your degree while finishing your prerequisite coursework. If you want to take UG-level classes, getting a degree may eliminate some financial aid options for you.
 
From a financial perspective, I'd consider Crixian's advice very seriously.

From an application perspective, consider that, if you graduate, your GPAs will be separated between senior and post-bacc on your AMCAS. If you do not, they will all be in your "senior" year. It may be to your advantage to have them separated, demonstrating a very high post-bacc GPA.

Unfortunately, I don't know how AACOMAS works.
