Has anyone tried to jog for 15-20 minutes before the mcat test? I find that jogging gives me energy...but I have never tried it for the mcat and desperately need some energy for the test.
I do it to alleviate stress but never tried it before an important test for energy. I want my blood pumping towards my brain not to recover from physical exercise.
One of my prep course teachers ran before the MCAT and recommended NOT doing it. It is up to you, but I think you will be pumped up simply because it's the real thing.

i think it'd probably be a good idea, its only 15 minutes...get the blood pumping maybe even relax you...I was thinking about doing it during lunch to get over the hump...
