Assuming I put this together what would I be looking at? What could I do to improve and are ECs like clubs and societies that important? I'm out of school and I don't see what to do for that. Could I apply without all these hours and work towards them during the application process?

Without MCAT, volunteering, and shadowing you have 0 chances. Score well, amass 50-100 hrs volunteering and shadowing, and update this thread. We’ll provide feedback then.

Best of luck to you.
