Too late to get an away sub-I in June for medicine?

Hi, everyone. I'm a 3rd year with my 4th year schedule all set up in a specialty, which I will be rotating through as my last rotation this year. I'm also interested in internal medicine or maybe even med/peds and am worried about potentially not liking the specialty I have set up my schedule for (I worked in this environment in undergrad and have shadowing experience in it). If that were to be the case and I wanted to switch my 4th year schedule around, would it be too late to get an away sub-I for medicine say for the months of September or October if I didnt apply for them until June?
