too late to send out "the letter"?

hey guys,

i was just wondering if it's too late to send out a letter to the PD telling him/her that you will rank their program #1? if it is kinda late, is it alright if i just overnight it so it gets there by tuesday or wednesday?

Don't think so. They can make changes on their lists the same way we can, I think. So even if they've had their ranking session, that letter can bump you one or two spots.
