Too old for reserve component?

Does anyone know the upper age limit cutoff for physicians with no prior service joining the reserves? My children are now in college so I've got a bit more flexibility in my time. Looking at the student loan reimbursement aspects also.

I've been told there is no age limit with USAF or Navy, not sure on Army. I'm BC in FM and live in Texas.
Just turned 54.

Obviously, I'll get info straight from the local recruiter but thought I'd ask here first.

I think it's 40. Prior service gets more leeway. But there is the option for waivers.
Talk to a recruiter.

If your specialty is in need you'll easily get a waiver. Talk to a medical recruiter.

You'll likely have to sign an waiver acknowledging you won't be eligible for retirement. At 54 you won't get age waiver to 74. Assuming no prior service.
