Reviewing won't help with that 4 in VR. If english is your first language, I will guess that you are not really "trying" very hard. You need to really care about the passage and what its asking, if you just half-@ss verbal, you will get nowhere. This would probably explain your other low scores. I suggest you pretending to be really enthusiastic and care about doing well on the MCAT and about the passages. Even pretending to care will make you more interested and thus more attentive, resulting in a higher score. If english is your first language there is no reason you will be scoring a 4 in VR in my opinion.... also suggest exercising regularly, getting ear plugs, and making flash cards for content review on the sciences.
