What are the top 5 MIS/Bariatric fellowships in the country??

Depends on how you define best and what you want out of that program. I would add university of Virginia. Emory. And mayo Jacksonville to your list

I'm trying to determine which programs are well respected, have the prestige, provide a good mix of Foregut/Bariatrics/Endoscopy cases, and best of all, plug their graduates into academic positions.

There are plenty of big name programs out there, when it come to the general surgery residency. However, their MIS/Bariatric fellowship is less than desirable.
