Anyone know which centers are currently leading in terms of transplant/heart failure both clinically and in terms of research?

What specifically are you looking for? Tx/HF is a bit unique as so much data is available publicly. You can look up the major transplant centers, who's doing the most and they'll likely be places that interest you. Also high tx numbers doesn't necessarily mean high LVAD numbers or exposure. I remember an attending mentioning how usually centers are one or the other. Despite the volumes, I can't speak to autonomy and training. Some names that come to mind: Cedars Sinai (largest tx volume), Vandy, UW, UCLA, Tufts, Columbia, CCF, baylor-dallas, duke
