From ADEA states that marquette is just over 200,000 dollars. How close is that to the real cost these days. Also, does MArquette allow students to get instate tuition rate after the first year.

Dr. Rob, you just graduated, the debt looks rather imposing, Little on edge with cost. Compared to TEXAS (85,000) for 4 years versus 200,000. Is the ADEA figure right or way off.

let me know,
whats housing like as well.

Unless you live in the state for over a year without going to school, you wont get residency.

Are you going to a school in Cali

or marquette?

Hey Andrew

Why dont you PM Dr Rob with your questions and dont diss people from california because they presume it would be difficult to get instate tuition after one year.

or I've got a brilliant idea for you. Call marquette and ask them?? ever thought of this ??? you could call and pm dr rob as well.

I don't get where i have dissed california residents. I really love the sarcastic tone with "why don't you call the school an ask". I had a legitimate question, when I asked if you could get instate resident status after a year.

The way your responded to my post, is a lot like a weasel would. I guess we have vermon on this board. Johndental or weseal boy is what I think I'll call you from now on.

As far as posting on this subject, you posted nonsense and ignorance in your post. Nothing I can use from your post other than throwing what you said into a trash bin.

I can't remember what tuition was - but it increased over the 4 years. Its around 30,000 / a.
You can get an apt for 400 - 700/ month in the immediate area. On campus housing is competitive with non - school housing.

My total debt was around 300 k Canadian dollars - but I am making good progress in reducing my debt by paying a lot more per month on my loan than others I know.

Last year tuition was $35,400 for out of state. With all fees, instruments and living expenses it ends up being around $60,000 a year. There is no possiblity of getting in state tuition after a year because of the contract the school has with the state. Tuition went up $2000 from the previous year. Hope this helps.
