How is the TPR's Verbal Workbook from their course compared to say, EK 101? I am considering getting it for practice.

I haven't tried EK 101, but the TPR book doesn't seem that bad.

I don't think you are going to find a panacea (how 'bout that SAT word!) with any of the TPR/Kaplan/EK stuff. Verbal just requires lots of practice and good self-evaluation on your progress. I'd say any of the three would give you enough stuff to practice through . . .

Actually, I've already done most of the EK101 tests, and a third of Kaplan verbal tests already. That's why I am looking for new stuff. Thanks for the advice.
