Tpr CBT FL and Kaplan verbal book

Hey guys, I was wondering which TPR CBT FL exams are worth doing? A lot of threads say they are much harder and all, especially phys. Also for those taking kaplan, are the verbal passages in the verbal "reasoning strategy and practice book 2007" the same exams as the Kaplan FL online. Since Im converting my scores with fl conversion because the book doesn't have a conversion chart.

OP - TPR's are good practice but they are not as indicative of your performance on real MCAT as the offical AAMC practice MCAT's are.
