TPRH SW passages by topic

Does anyone have a concrete list of the TPRH SW discrete/passage numbers by topic (particularly by chapter in their content books)? I've looked through and did the best I could at correlating them, but I have a lot of places I wasn't sure on. I could be way off, but this is what I've found, and if anyone out there knows for sure I would appreciate the input. (btw I have the 2012 edition, but not sure if that matters)
