Or did you do as I did, and skip that?A question I have RS, is when you have odd things happen with the billing, are you the one calling the insurance company to figure out what just happened, or do you call the OfficeAlly clearinghouse for help on understanding the snag?  Right now, whenever I have issues with claims, I'm able to punt the majority of them to my billing company, and they spend the time making the phone calls and report back to us.  I'm worried about giving up this support for the issues. How much time are you spending on hiccups?</blockquote>
