does anyone know anything about transferring anesthesia programs??????? I am finishing up my ca-1 year and interested in transferring programs fro ca-2 and ca-3 years???? the program I am in is absolutely hell...

Unfortunately, you really need your current department's support on this one. If you can appeal to your PD (ie, with reasons why this program is wrong for YOU - not that its hell, sux, etc.) he may have some information on open positions.

Other resources are: http://www.scutwork.com look for OPen residency positions link at the bottom left corner of the home page
http://www.ama-assn.org go to the residents section; they also have links and pages to which PDs can advertise open spots
http://www.residencyweb.com Open positions are sometimes linked here

Other faculty members might be sympathetic to your plight and be willing to check around for you. Another option is to call programs in the area(s) you desire and see if there are any positions open.
